Group Projects
As an Education major, seeking to be a teacher, I feel like while I was growing up, the best way I can remember that I learned the most information was while I was doing a group project. Group projects not only provide for a better way to learn the information you are working on, but it also helps students interact with one another and develop much needed friendships. In the lower grades, acceptance is so important to every child's life. When students are forced to get together outside of class and work together on a project for school, they are opening doors for friendship and possible life long relationships. Group projects are not only used in high school but I have also noticed in college that Professors use the same work tactics. It may be an old teaching method, but its one that will never die out.
